Current Incentives and price NOW?

I know thi squestion has been asked many times but I have looked back over the last few weeks and cannot find an up to date answer.

What are the current incentives and price per point for buying SSR right now?

Net price of $94 per point ($104 less $10 promotional discount) plus closing costs around $200.

If you purchase 225 points or more AND have the name of an existing DVC member to use as a referral, you get a one-time bonus of 160 additional points from the Developer.

I was also told that if you buy 110 points, you got 100 developers points in addition to the price discount. We're seriously thinking about it.

160 - 199 pt add-on at SSR or AKV: 160 Developer's Points
200+ pt add on at SSR or AKV: 270 Developer's Points

Too bad it's not the other way around...I'd like to do a small add-on at AKV at some point in the future, so I can get into a concierge studio once every couple of years using the 11 month window. Looks like I'll just have to save my pennies a little while longer

These are the incentives we were offered when we bought AKV at Disneyland on November 17th. WDW may have similar or different offers also.

This is of course for new purchases not add ons.

225 points- 8 dollars off a point AND 160 developer points AND 2 annual passes to DL or WDW with a referral.

The price at AKV and SSR is $104 per point. The difference is that they are offering $10 off per point at SSR, and $8 off per point at AKV. Also the monthly dues at AKV are a few cents higher per point at AKV.

I don't believe they are offering the annual pass promotion anywhere except California. However, if you have a referral you CAN get 160 developers points in addition to the $ discount. You just need to purchase at least 225 points. And you must have a referral for that promotion. Please feel free to email me if you need a referral, and I will be happy to provide one!
