Current Fast passes at DLR?

I know that the Genie Plus program is being released soon, though I don't know when. My family has not been to DLR in over 10 years since we moved East. Our last several trips have been to WDW. We are scheduled for a quick trip to DLR in mid-December. I have a few questions about the differences since it's been awhile.

Are your tickets at DLR on cards as they used to be, or are they on your phone? I know they don't have Magic Bands as WDW does.

When does the Genie Plus program begin and how/will fast passes be done until then?

Will PhotoPass still be available independent from the Genie Plus program?

Tickets can be printed on card stock, as they have been for many years, or just used on your phone.

Currently no FPs (same as WDW since re-opening).

There's rumors of when G+ will begin, but no firm date has been announced.

I would assume you could still do PP independently of G+, but not sure if that's been clearly confirmed.

At Disneyland, Photopass is included with the purchase G+, BUT at WDW it is not. Hence the $5 price difference between the two
