Current Exchange Rate

Just to let everyone know, the dollar seems to be doing a little better again. I exchanged some money yesterday at $1.14. I haven't seen it this low in awhile. Anyone else get a good rate?

Our dollar was up another .03¢ yesterday. I'm watching to see if this trend continues or starts to head back down. Which will then push me into buying some American at that time.

I exchanged for 1.15 on Sat - got all our money for May - if it keeps up I'm going to have to put some away for August too.

Bought at $1.1344 today. Last time I was able to buy this low was Oct 06 - hopefully it will stay down for a while. I buy a little every week to put into our "vacation fund" but when the rates are good I try to top up even more. Saves $$ in the long run!

Just checked Scotiabank online and their rate is 1.135, looks like I'm doing some banking at lunch today.
