Current early admission questions

We are heading to Universal next month (November), staying onsite. Is early admission currently offered at both US and IOA, or is it valid at only one of the two parks? If, by any chance, early admission is on alternating days (one day US, the next day IOA), could you please advise which park opens early on which day?

I'm a newbie-- We're taking our first trip in November, but from what I can tell, early admission is ONLY at US right now. IOA opens at the regularly scheduled time everyday, and US opens one hour early everyday. The Hogwarts express does not begin to run until the opening time for IOA. I hope this info helps!
