So my hubby is going down in two weeks with 2 other adults and we're going as a family in 8 weeks. Can I have hubby book a room for our family and a room for our friends for next year? I thought it had to be the same people staying in the room or something equally stupid!

Gottcha! That makes sense, neither of the two other adults will be going in 09 so my hubby will have to book just for my family and then when we go back in a few weeks I'll book for the other family. I guess I'd put their deposit on my cc and then they could make final payment on their own card.
