Culture/Folklore in Nassau with Disney's Private Tour

I'm hoping to learn about the local culture and folklore of Nassau when we visit. I'd love to hear folktales, legends, and stories told to children. It would be amazing to learn about beliefs around ghosts, fairy/supernatural creatures, and the afterlife, or even see a cemetery. Has anyone gotten that kind of information from the "4 hour Private Tour of Nassau" port adventure? I don't want to book an expensive port adventure and get a guide who drives me past a fort. I'm wondering how much the "following your itinerary at your own pace" can actually be customized and how much it's just seeing the usual tourist spots.
