Hello all,

My son is interested in pursuing the Cultural Representation Program ( We are Canadian ). He has all the information he needs to apply. However, he currently has a lease on his apartment until July of 2016. From people's experience, How early should one start the process with a target date in mind to start? I know it can vary with interviews ( and obviously assuming you're even accepted ), but on average, how long is the process if he wanted to try for this?

I know there is an interview process in our own country. However, we are going to BE down there in Feb/March ( he is coming with us ), is there anything he can do or anywhere he can go to talk to someone in person on-site?

Thanks!

There was a Canadian gal who is there working - I'm thinking on the Cultural Rep Program- her name is Kat, I know she was/is a Dis'er with lots of TRs

My son applied in the Fall of 2011 and he didnt start his year until the end of Feb 2013.He had his phone interview then had a face to face interview in Toronto in early 2012.Found out he was accepted the first part of September 2012,then started in Feb 2013.I think we figured it was an 18 monthish process.
