Hello everyone! My Name is Lyndsay, 18, and I am currently working on my Associates degree in restaurant Management.

I "Hopefully" plan on wanting to work at disney after I finish all my classes, but still have "on the job" hours i need to fufill. Will Working at disney fufill these?

About when should I apply? I am visiting Orlando this spring with my family, because we plan on moving down there. My Sister wants to go to Full Sail for film. I am planning on talking to people when I visit, but I would love to hear some inside stuff they dont mention on the website.

Is anyone currently in the Culinary College Program? What are your duties? Do you work in the kitchen, or do you just bus and stuff.

Thanks in advance for all your help! :)

That depends on your school. Some colleges and universities are all set up to help you apply to the Disney college program and will give you credit for it, as long as you fulfill certain requirements; others are barely aware of the program and/or simply won't give credit for the internship at all. I'd ask an advisor about this.

They start recruiting for each season months and months in advance, so it'd be too late to apply for Spring 2011. The recruiting process has started for the Fall season (August - early January), so you could apply for that right now if you wanted. Or you can wait until the fall to apply for Spring 2012.
