I believe they had something similar in Ontario last week or before(BT?). Here it is the evening news show "Live at 5". There will be one winner by province (maritimes).

I should of known nothing is ever open to Quebec residents

Every time my kids see an ad on tv, cereal box, etc it always says "exluding Quebec).

Even tonight I receive an email from Disney - A contest He was thrilled to be only crushed when I read the fine print "exc Que"
He now wants to move to Ontario
