If you live in CT, ME or MA, you can save money on your electric bill. This was on one of my local channels:
http://www.wtnh.com/dpp/ct_style/public-power
you go to here to sign up
http://www.ppandu.com/about.aspx
This is not a scam. There is no hidden costs. There is no enrollment fee. I signed up yesterday so I don't really know how much I will be saving except that I will be charged about 9 cents vs. 12 cents per kilowatt hour. It is BBB approved. The website also states that they will be offering it to NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA and RI in the future.
