Hopefully Eric will be able to go to one of the bars friday night with us. Even if he has to work maybe after work he will since he and I live so close.

Please do NOT tell her, I would rather she be surprised than disappointed and yes Eric needs to show up, even if it is after work, but we need to limit our mischief to no later than 3 am or I wont be worth a darn Saturday night

That will work as well.. Our bars close between 2 and 3 and since I live in boonies I figured yours stayed open until 3 I will be more than happy to crash somewhere by 2am

OMG people...how do you live in CT. I was just looking at accuweather for an idea of weather next weekend and I see 5* for the overnight lows!!!!!!!!!!!
5*???????????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont think I have a coat warm enough for 5*!!!!!! and that of course is without any wind factored into it....... What in the world have I agreed to, Carrie there will have to be plenty of alcohol just to keep my blood thinned out.... I am just amazed that anyone lives in the Northern States...lolrof............. I will come home and think I have hit a heat wave.... I complain when we hit 18* for the overnight lows here, but I have forgotten what 5* feels like...........

Angy- this is why I am bummed that Margaritaville doesn't have the signature hot tubs and water slides...What was Jimmy Buffet thinking? We need them more here than the bahamas!!!

I agree with MM4M, what ARE you smoking.... I do well to run from the house to the car in 40* weather, I cant imagine riding a bike in that or cooler temps
...and I think that Jimmy Buffet was probably thinking that the combination of alcohol and hot tubs is not a good one...(and from a medical standpoint it truly isnt) and he would prefer for ppl to have more than one or two of the signature margaritas (and btw alcohol and the gym is also not a good combination, and a friend of mine learned that the hard way during a trip to DC where they decided after a night of heavy drinking it would be fun to use the fitness room of the hotel we were staying at..... needless to say he wont be doing that again anytime soon )

I went to the Grand Opening of MV in Grand Caymen and THAT was a party!
I think they approve of the extra alcohol consumption in conjunction with the hot tubs and waterslides...they bring cute girls in bikini's and hot guys in swim trunks (no speedos, please!! )
This then brings on more drinking to do stupid tricks to impress the cuties of the opposite sex, which then leads to MAKING OUT!!! Carrie-I think you should write a letter to Mr. Buffet- maybe they could install the water attractions before next weekend!

Toughen up girl. Temp isn't a problem if you're properly dressed for it.. road conditions are the biggest factor. The icy, slushy stuff we've had isn't good for anything. Just ask Cleo.

But after talking with a friend of mine this morning telling me about her hip replacement and herniated discs and other aches and pains, I am glad I can put up with a little cold to be able to get on a bike.

btw, Phish has announced the start of the summer tour!
