CSR: Room Request Questions...Help!

OK I am so confused. I booked 7 nights at Coronado springs in November. We are booked for a waterview room. Do all the buildings have some waterview rooms? We are wanting close to the food court and the cool pool with the slide. Any suggestions on where to request? Thanks in advance!

I would say you cant be close to the pool and the food court. Casitas is close to the food court. Cant tell you about the waterview rooms, The resort does circle a lake.

I read Buzzs info & requested Cabanas 9B for our stay last March/April & it was the perfect location for us. DS(10) was able to take DD(5) to get mug refills & the walk to the pool was a piece of cake! We loved CSR & Hope you do too!

Here are some good building choices.

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site (main pool) over the wooden bridge. (Most convenient location and most preferred)

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site (and playground) and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building. (Closest to the Pool)

Cabana 8b and 9a are in between the 2 above. 9a has a quiet pool (and is the old smoking optional building).

Ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

Casita 3 has great courtyard and fountain views but you will have to walk or ride the internal shuttle to get to the pool.

Casita 5 has some nice fountain and lake views and is close to the Dig Site but farther from the main building. Close to bus stop #2.

My personal choice if staying there would be 8A since it is really close to the Dig Site, a bus stop, and the walk to the main building is easily doable.

I was wondering about the waterview rooms too. My first choice would be to be in any of the Cabana buildings or in Ranchos 7B. I was wondering if booking a waterview room would help us get into the Cabanas or Ranchos 7B or if it would hurt our chances.

Last May we stayed in Cabanas 8A. We were right near the main pool (dig site), had a wonderful water view, and a short walk to the main building and bus stop 4. Perfect!
