We have stayed at Coronado before and really liked it. Should we splurge the extra for Wilderness Lodge? What is everyone's preference?

Have never stayed at Coronado, but as you can see in my signature...we LOVE the WL. Our favorite park is MK and you can be there within 5-10 minutes via ferry or bus. The theming is just awesome! The rooms are not huge...I can warn you ahead of time on that. We've stayed at GF one time and although it is our very favorite...it's just too much money!

Have you tried using the new extended summer rates (I'm not sure when your going)? We just recently changed our AAA 10% discount to a 35% discount and saved us nearly $700.

Thanks for everyone's comments. We are going to stay at WL in July thanks to the extended offer. I was hoping for Coronado but you swayed my wife and daughter lol.

I don't think you will be sorry.

Everything is under one roof. The boat ride to MK just adds to the magic. You are a short boat ride to CR for Chef Mickey.

My family loves WL. I tried to get them to got the Swan in a deluxe room, but they wouldn't budge. They would rather have atmosphere than space.
