CSR Jr. Suite questions

I just booked a Jr. Suite at Coronado Springs for Thanksgiving week. I understand most of the Jr. Suites are in the Casitas section. I'm a little leery about CSR due to the construction. It looks like most of the construction will be across the lake- is that correct? Also- I understand that all of the rooms are seeing refurbs. Any idea if the Casitas will have their refurbs complete before Thanksgiving? Thanks!

No idea what the order of buildings for refurb is. They started with 7B but it took longer than anticipated. Cabana 8A is supposed to be next. Past that, it is a mystery.

There will be construction ON the lake in the long term, as they're building more connectors across the lake.
