CSR for the first time

We are leaving Monday for our first stay a CSR. Booked a preferred room but the online selection for what options you want isn’t working. My step mother called and requested main floor close to buses. Do you think we will be in 1 or 3? How are the buses? Are they better than CBR? We land at 7:45pm so I guess we are better taking our own bags rather than using the luggage service? I have always used the luggage service but never paid attention to how long it took since we have always arrived in the morning. Always curious to try new resorts but then I get nervous. Thanks
