CSR EMH AM - Buses

How does the EMH in AM work with transportation? Does the bus for that particular park start running earlier? Also, won't people start lining up for entrance to the park and hour earlier? How does a resort guest get into the park if people are lining up?

You need a room key to get into the park on EMH days so you can get in line but you won't get into the park without a room key.
