CS Suggestions in AK

I think I have decided on most of the places we are going to eat on our upcoming trip. The day we visit AK we plan on only doing CS. Any suggestions as to where we should try?

Sorry, I should have elaborated: everything from Fruit Salad w/a good dip, great ribs, barbequed chicken, and amazing onion rings.

If your fam can agree on pizza, salad and italian sammies, try Pizzafarri. Its well decorated, has lots of room to sit, and has A/C

We did the Yak and Yeti counter service place on our last trip and it was GOOD! I got the Shrimp Lo Mein. We ate there twice. The only downside is it's outdoor seating so if it's hot there aren't many seats with shade.

Another big vote for Flame Tree Barbeque. We love it. We have to eat there every time we are there.

I hear great reviews for Flame Tree..but we've never eaten there. We sure did enjoy Pizzafari tho!! It's one of the few cs we're looking forward to going back for.

Our first choice for AK CS!!! Good stuff, and I live in BBQ country...

We ate at Yak and Yeti CS last time and it was tasty. It's typical fast food asian fare, but it was a good alternative to burgers & pizza. I've heard great things about Flame Tree and plan on trying it next trip!

Flame Tree is awesome! We haven't tried the others, except the old Tusker House CS was great.

How is it that all the CS in AK is good...yet all the CS in HS is bad?

My vote goes to Pizzafari

I've eaten there several times and, personally, I think it's really good. Pizza, salads etc. I've never tried Flame Tree but I believe it's outside seating whereas Pizzafari is inside with a good amount of seating in several different rooms. Plus it's A/C'd so that's definitely nice when you want a little escape from the heat

I always think AK is the hardest place to do CS (or any meal) because it's so big and you have a lot of walking to do if you don't eat at the closest place when it is mealtime.
