CS restaurants and MNSSHP

Are the CS restaurants open between 6 & 7pm on MNSSHP? I know that TS are serving meals during that time, I was wondering if CS were also available if we don't want a TS meal on that night.

Only the CS in the area of the Land that is left open for that hour. So last year it was Pesco Bills and before that, when it was Tomorrowland that was open, it was Cosmic Rays.

At 7:00p more CS will open up (Cosmic Rays, Peco Bills, Pinocchio, Casey's Corner) but not all.
