CS Open During Late Night at MGM?

does anyone know if any of the counter service restaurants stay open at MGM during extra Magic hours evenings. We'll be there September 3 and MGM is open until 1:00am. we'd love to grab a cs meal before the 10:00pm Fantasmic show (or maybe even later). Do any of the cs places stay open that late????

The places on Sunset like Rosie's and Eddie's are ususlly opened for EMH however I heard they will be closed sometime for refurbishments. I do not know exactly when they are being fixed up, but they should be open for EMH otherwise.
