CS breakfasts in parks?

Going with a friend in Sept. & we both love breakfast. The plan is to split a CS breakfast (do they still come w/2 beverages like last year?), split a CS lunch and then both have our own TS dinner. DH & I did this in 2006, ordering the Bounty Platter at Roaring Forks each morning. We're staying at POFQ & she asked if we have to have breakfast at the resort each day (she's never been to WDW!!)

Are there any good CS breakfasts in the parks?

Sunshine Seasons has a breakfast platter that you can split.

Magic Kingdom has Main St Bakery, but those are smaller items without much protein. You could split a cinnamon roll - they're HUGE, but it's not a very good (for you) breakfast. Tastes great, but not much substantialness to it.

ABC Commissary has breakfast. Good is not the adjective I'd use to describe it.

I've never eaten breakfast at AK.
