hi

1st day we go to epcotdec 8th will only have 2-3 hours to hit some rides in fw before it closes could not get an adr for any ts we wanted so its a cs dinner for us and kids

so 2 questions are the cs in fw open after rides close or can we only eat in ws

and if so what is recomended for cs in ws

thanks

We like the Electric Umbrella. lots of choices to please kids and parents.
not sure of the hours though.

As long as you are there before closing, you'll be okay either place. I think(not positive) that future world closes at 9, when Illuminations starts, although it might be earlier. During Illuminations, even the WS will close up. So you'll have to catch anything you want before things technically close.

Typically, most places in FW close at 7:00 while WS stays open until 9:00. The exceptions to this are the more popular rides in FW like Soarin'. If you are there early enough, you might consider Sunshine Seasons in The Land. The offer a WIDE variety of choices and plenty of seating.

You don't mention where you're staying or what your transportation situation will be...but, if you don't find a place to eat at Epcot, you can go out the International Gateway and eat at Boardwalk or take the bus to DtD to eat, or you resort will likely still be serving.

There are CS options in the World Showcase, England has a Fish & Chips window next to Rose & Crown, China, Morocco, Mexico, Japan and Germany have CS as well. France has the Bolongerie (sp.) Pastry shop that sells sandwiches as well, and there is also a bakery in Norway. There is a CS location at the American Adventure that sells chicken fingers or nuggets too. Never have eaten CS over there though, we generally have dinner at a TS place in WS. The Electric Umbrella has decent burgers in FW, and Sunshine Seasons isn't bad, but can get a bit pricey though. HTH ETA, oh yeah, as you go into WS at Canada there is a sorta Mc Donalds, fries & nuggets.

I believe that every country in WS has a CS option except for Italy and Canada. I was just trying to point out some other options in case you get there too late or don't want to take time out from your limited park time to eat. BTW - the food at Everything Pop is pretty good for food court food.

The CS choices in World Showcase are vast and varied. We love it here. As said each country has a CS location except Canada and Italy. You have the chance to sample some great tasting International Food in WS.
If that is too adventerous for your family, the Liberty Inn in the American Adventure serves the usual burgers, fries and chicken CS.
Take a look at the menus here on the DIS or on allearsnet.com and see if some of the country CS might appeal to your family. It is a great opportunity.
We especially like the Cantina de San Angel in Mexico, The Sommerfest in Germany, Boulangerie Patisserie - in France, Tangerine Cafe - in Morrocco, and the Yorkshire County Fish Shoppe in the UK
Have a Great Trip.
