CS at DHS...dairy free

Can anyone recommend a CS place that has a few df options? I know we can get the chicken tenders a couple of places. My other kids really, really want to eat at Pizza Planet so wondering about options there too. Will they just make a cheese-less pizza? My ds doesn't like the Daiya cheese.

Also, what snacks around DHS are df?

Last year when we ate at Pizza Planet they just offered to make my son a cheeseless pizza (which was fine for him since that's what he's used to). The manager was very nice though and did ask if it was ok to bake it in the same oven and if cross contamination was an issue (it's not with my boys), so we just had them use the regular oven. My boys loved it and were given the allergy free cookies for dessert.

Also, I'm not sure if any place has the Daiya cheese. At AOA the chef made him them a pizza with toufutti cheese slices, but my sons didn't like that cheese on a pizza and took it off. Funny actually since they eat those cheese slices at home and love them, but I guess they are just used to the Daiya on anything actually cooked.

For snacks (at least last year) the popcorn and soft pretzels were both dairy free.

Cheese less is great for my ds so that works well. Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We didn't hit DHS last year when we were there and for some reason, the choices are just seeming more limited.

AZDisney - I believe pizzafari has Daiya. Just FYI.

OP, the only other place I could think of checking is that Fairfax Fare/Rosie's complex down by ToT. If you are desperate, you could maybe pop into Tune In Lounge and grab some 50s to go. DHS CS really is the pits!

Oh, that's great to know thank you! A "real" pizza would be so exciting for my kiddos!
