My TA told me that Pooh and Friends were at the Crystal Palace for dinner, but in one of the guides that I am reading, it stated that they are there throughout the day. What I wanted to know is if they are there for all 3 meals? I love Pooh, and so of course I would love to eat at the Crystal Palace with him and his friends! If he is there for all 3 meals, which would you recommend. I was thinking breakfast since that would be a good way to start the day. Can anyone give me any info on this. Thanks in advance for any help!

The were there for dinner and we'll be doing it for breakfast this May (1 month from today actually we leave, woot!). The CM told us to get there early because of the popularity with the characters. Never done it for lunch, but I can't see why they wouldn't be there!

They are there for all of the meals, but since CP is a huge restaurant and always so crowded (booked up from morning until night) you won't have as much interaction as you might in some of the other restaurants. You'll get enough time with them to make the little kids happy though.

When I was there the last week of March, Piglet was available for walk-up visits in the center of the restaurant near the buffet area. There was never a line of more than 2-3 kids and Piglet was there for the entire 90 minutes that I was dining.

Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore circulate from table to table. It takes them approximately one hour make their way around the restaurant and they are staggered throughout the restaurant, so each table gets a visitor about once every 15 to 20 minutes. They only spent about a minute at my table, but my kids are 9 and 10, so they aren't really into the character experience as much as the little kids. The characters spent more time at the tables with 2-6 year olds.

Once each hour the characters will gather up all of the kids from the restaurant and parade around the place. It's really fun for the kids and there are some good photo opportunities.

We were in the restaurant for 90 minutes. Pooh and Eeyore made it to our table twice. Tigger made it to our table once. We were there for two parades.

We always do CP on our last morning for breakfast. The characters are there at breakfast also. :)

We're going for a later lunch at 2pm so we can get out of the heat :sunny: Been for lunch before, it's AMAZING food and brilliant character interaction. Loved it so much I'm going back

I'm sure breakfast and dinner are as good as lunch so whichever meal fits in your schedule is the one you should pick! :thumbsup2 We love their lunch (and this was a fairly recently discovery-as we were there about 4 yrs ago and were less than thrilled so we didn't go back until last year after reading all of the rave reviews on these very boards--and we're glad we did).

Since then it's a must every trip now. Lunch just happens to fit into our schedule the best when we go to MK. But, I wouldn't hesitate going for breakfast or dinner. In addition to the great food the character interaction is also fun. When we were there last October, "Rabbit" made a speciall appearance for that day and was taking photos near the entrance area. Otherwise Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet are roaming the restaurant visiting each table at every meal and they also do their little parade around the restaurant. :teeth:

We'll be doing the CP for breakfast during our trip next month, but mostly to get into the park before opening! ;) However, we LOVE  the CP and usually go to at least 1-2 dinners there! Good food, beautiful restaurant, and good interaction!
