Hey all! Currently planning a trip and trying to figure out what character breakfast to do on a MK day. Timing isn’t an issue for either, so more curious about food. Haven’t eaten at CP in years and had 1900 PF prior to its shutdown (which we loved), but unsure about the current menu. Since the website only gives “partial listings”, does anyone have any input as to the differences in their current menus? BTW, we do have one vegetarian and one picky eater, wondering what’s best for them as well in order to get the most out of it.

Thanks! :lovestruc

I love Crystal Palace but haven't been to Park Fare yet. There are multiple walk thru videos of the new buffet on youtube if you'd like to see the full selection for Park Fare.

I was at 1900 Park Fare a few weeks ago and I think I like the Crystal Palace better. They have similar menu's, but the Crystal Palace has a nicer feel and seating.

Chrystal palace for a nice AC break in the park, no need to get the monorail etc …and it offers lunch which is better for our kids, for dinner they use to be tired.

Can’t answer for Crystal Palace as it’s been years since we’ve been but just went to 1900.
I am also vegetarian and they didn’t have any plant based meats on the buffet so I asked our server and she brought me some plant based sausage. Also the characters were great! My grandson wanted nothing to do with them and they all took their time with him and were so sweet

The "feeling" at Crystal Palace is its main appeal.

We just booked our dining yesterday, and I booked 1900 but not Crystal Palace. Honestly, I have a nostalgic connection to Crystal Palace from childhood trips with my family that I don't have with 1990; however, I went with 1900 because of the new characters and it being newly reopened.
Also, with us being there 11 nights, I didn't want to OVER book us and have no wiggle room. So, I only booked ones I thought would be difficult to book, like 'Ohana and Topolinos. I think I'll have an easier time booking a last-minute reservation to Crystal Palace if we decide we want to go there. Like if you try to book Crystal Palace for today, there's still a ton of spaces. So, maybe feel it out and if you're at MK and your heart strings tug you to Crystal Palace, you'll be able to get in.
Like someone said in a previous reply, go on YouTube because some Disney vloggers do a great job of showing what's on offer. Personally, I enjoy Paging Mr. Morrow's videos because I think he shows the food selections the best, including things he doesn't get for himself. Some people think he's overly positive about everything and doesn't criticize things enough, but IDK, I like his videos.

We just ate at 1900 PF last night. A really good experience. The food was good and the character interaction was excellent.

Crystal Palace specifically because you can book a late breakfast and get both breakfast and lunch for the breakfast price. :)

1900 PF used to be my favorite, and while I haven't visited since it reopened, I feel like it's kind of lost its charm for me with the new character lineup. I'm still going to give it a try.
