Crystal Palace PS questions

Looking at the historical hours it looks like the day we want to to a PS for Crystal Palace character breakfast the park will open at 9:00 and no early entry that day (it is a Monday). What time should we make our PS? I would love to be able to walk down Main Street with no one around and get a really good picture of the castle. Actually, I am not even sure where Crystal Palace is. Would I be able to get a picture of the castle or is the restaurant to close to the main entrance?

The Crystal Palace is at the end of Main street and slightly to the left. Turn left at Casey's Corner. It's a beautiful glass-covered building. If you have an early PS, they will let you in for it. It'll just be you, and anyone else who has an early PS at CP or CRT.

I would make your PS for as close to 8am as they'll let you. We're planning to do the exact same thing as you in Feb!

Ditto the 8am. You get the beautiful, empty park for photo ops, and you still finish breakfast in enough time to get a great jump on the rides/shows with smaller lines.

Yes, 8:00 a.m. or shortly after. We had an 8:20 a.m. PS at the Crystal Palace in February. We got a first row parking spot, rode the monorail to the park and stood in line for a few minutes. There is a separate line for those with PS reservations and we were allowed to enter the park at 8:00 a.m. We were in our seats at the Crystal Palace at 8:20 a.m. - it was perfect. It took less than an hour to enjoy our breakfast and we were in the park shortly after it opened. We were able to do a few rides before it got crowded (this was Presidents' Week).

There will be a few WDW photographers out on Main Street, so make sure you stop and let them take your photo also. It's some of the best pics we got from our trip! We'll be there in February also, maybe we'll see you there.
