Crystal Palace or Garden Grill?

We are spending the morning/afternoon at MK & night at Epcot. Would you do a Crystal Palace lunch or Garden Grill dinner? We want our first ADR to be a character meal. Our family has done CP before, but not GG. We will also be with my sister's family who are first timers & haven't experienced either. We will have 4 adults, 5 children. Ages 6-17. TIA.

GG is DHs favorite of the character meals we've done. Much more relaxed with the Food brought out to you. Characters have always come around to the table more than once.

On this one I would choose which characters your family would rather see. If it doesn't matter, my vote is for GG.

While we do enjoy CP, I would vote GG. It was easily our favourite character meal. Breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty and it was nice that it was brought to the table. The character interaction was fantastic! They spent lots of time at our table and were very funny. Our server was really good too, enthusiastic and always joking around. He definitely kept us laughing! I'd highly recommend GG for sure.

I've done both.
I would recommend GG over CP any day.
The atmosphere is very relaxed.
The food is very good and brought family style so you're not all up and down and making sure you don't get up when a character is near by.
The characters are very interactive and come around a few times but if you've already seen them you can just wave them on.

GG has recently become our family favorite! Such a nice relaxing atmosphere and the characters are great!

We had breakfast at GG for first time last year & it was awesome. Staff was wonderful & characters came around several times. Loved it

Another vote for GG! The characters are good, the food is good, and who doesn't like a revolving restaurant?! It's a must do for my DS

Garden Grill definitely. A friend of mine says her young son LOVES the Garden Grill. Crystal Palace can be wild -- not in a good way.
