Crystal Palace on a non halloween party day

Not usually. Only for the party.

In the Crystal Palace-- they will not be in Costume-- even on the parties.

Is Crystal Palace opened for party night?

we were they on a MSSSHP nite and they were not dressed up then. i don't think they get dressed up there period.

Crystal Palace, I don't think they ever had characters dressed up...it was LTT were he characters were dressed up during September and October but they removed the characters.
