Hi: For those who have been to the crystal palace for meals, which one would you recommend to us. We are on the diningplan?

Deb.

We have always done lunch and loved it. We have never been there for the other meals but hope to go for dinner this coming May. If both lunch and dinner use just one sit down credit, I guess you would get a better deal with dinner. We love having a large late lunch and then getting a snack later in the day while watching the parade or fireworks.

Linda

We have done both lunch and dinner many times and both are very good. The last 4 trips we did breakfast. For our trip in April we decided to try Chef Mickeys breakfast and go to CP for dinner, we miss it!

We loved, loved, loved the breakfast, but primarily because it got us into the park EARLY and we were able to beat the crowds to any ride we wanted.

we usually do the dinner .....love the prime rib and the salmon .....plus they have peel and eat shrimp for those who like that.......it is delicious

We, too, love the breakfast. Going to the CP is one of the only ways I am able to get my DW up early and she be excited about it.

We did dinner there last year and loved it . I was impressed at the food (not the greatest but well above my expectations)and the service was excellent. My son is not that into Pooh but he still enjoyed having the characters around for the meal.

We did dinner in December and weren't overly impressed. Character interaction wasn't all that great...and the food was okay.

We enjoy Chef Mickey's a whole lot more! I would even rate Hollywood and Vine over CP! It wasn't bad by any stretch...just that other characters and food choices were better!

I would go back but only if I was in the park that day looking for a character meal.

I've had both lunch and dinner at CP, and both were great. In fact, I can't even tell you what the difference was in the meals. Maybe the dinner had an extra carved meat (or the shrimp?), but I didn't notice a difference.

If you're on the dining plan, you get the most bang for your buck by eating dinner at CP than you would eating lunch or breakfast there.

I always do either lunch or dinner. The menu is pretty much the same (but I usually do dinner). Lunch is nice, because it is cheaper then dinner. btw, the mashed potatoes are soooooo good.

We've eaten dinner at the Crystal Palace three years in a row and loved it every time. There's a large variety of foods to choose from. I think our favoirte dish was the Fire Roasted Corn Spoon Bread. It is soooo good.

We have ADRs for dinner during our June, 2008 trip!
