How long is a typical breakfast at CP? We have an ADR at 8:10 on a 9:00 park open day. Do you think we'll be finished and out the door before 9:00? We're keeping the reservation regardless because my DD7 is crazy about Pooh, but I was just curious.

You can probably be out in 50 minutes, but you might not meet all the characters. If your DD is crazy for Pooh, that would be sad.

Ask for the check when you are seated; that helps. But remember: At character meals, you're paying for the experience, so consider if you're willing to cheat yourselves of that.

I'm with you. We won't necessarily rush through it just to get out before park open. I just wondered if it was an hour and half deal or more like an hourish.

Crystal Palace breakfast is one of our must do meals each trip. We also usually do a pre-park opening ADR slot. When we've rushed, I'd say it took about 50 min. When we've relaxed more, about 60-65 min.

We were there last April and had an 8:00AM ADR. We saw all 4 characters had a nice breakfast and were out by 8:50 and in Merida's line by 8:55, lol. My son really wanted to meet Merida so we figured we would just wait there and be the first in line before our 7DMT FPs which started at 9:30...I think it most certainly can be done...just get to Magic Kingdom by like 7:30 so you are with the first group that they let in.

We had an 825am ADR last Saturday- this was day 12 of the trip so we weren't in a hurry to see anything... we took our time and enjoyed our meal and were out of there in about 60 minutes. This is one of my fav breakfast buffets- the food is fresh, the omelet station is great, and the characters are awesome!

You can plan on about an hour , depending on your party size and on how busy the restaurant is . The buffet is large and well laid out . Character interactions are great , but have your camera and autograph books ready so things move along efficiently .
