We currently have an 8h15 ADR for CP right before our Keys to the Kingdom Tour at 9h30... Do you guys think we can make it? I sure hope so!!!!

You can probably squeeze it in if you're seated right away and don't spend a whole lot of time eating. You may not be able to stay long enough to see all the characters, and will probably feel rushed. Don't forget, you're supposed to be at the tour center at least 15 minutes before your tour starts.

There's a good deal of walking on the KTTK tour, and although the guides make it a point to stop in the shade where they can, there's a lot of time in the sun. I don't know if I'd have enjoyed the tour as much if I was still feeling the effects of a very large breakfast. (The Crystal Palace usually does me in for several hours. LOL, too many good things to choose from. Since it's hard to choose between things, I take them all. :rotfl2: )

Also, keep in mind your tour includes lunch at Columbia Harbour House. Will you be hungry again that quickly?

Thanks for your opinion... I'm thinking that the exercise after that big breakfast might be very good for my scale :rotfl: ...

Does anybody else have an opinion?

I second that, lots of walking and lunch is included and is pretty early on in the tour. Maybe you could do CP for an early dinner?

I agree with the poster that says you'll be rushed. You do need to be at the tour building at least 15 min ahead. And it's a LOT of walking and standing. Do you really want to do all that after a huge breakfast?

Good luck!

I agree you'll feel rushed, if you make the time at all. That could be iffy. There is often a 15-20 wait at CP before you even get seated & as stated above, you need to be 15 min. early for your Tour to sign in & get your lunch order in etc...
Having done the tour, I can honestly say I would not have enjoyed myself if I was feeling the effects of a huge breakfast. It is alot of walking & standing - alot of it in sun & navigating crowds to keep up with your Tour Host.

You might want to consider doing the 2 things on different days. Just my opinion.

I had an 8:05 CP reservation, I was out the door by 8:45, so would have had no trouble making it to the meeting point. People seemed to be getting seated efficiently. I was in no way rushed, my DS and me had a great breakfast, and met all the characters. I didn't make multiple stops to the buffet. Maybe that would slow me down, but at that time of the morning my stomach can only manage so much, I still did pretty well though. My aim was to out before the park opened at 9:00. We stood at the rope drop at Cinderella's castle, and got mowed down by strollers and stressed Mom's trying to get to Dumbo, but that's completely off topic!!

So if it was my family, I could see no problem at all. However I guess it depends on how leisurely you like to eat breakfast.
