Looking into the future, say ten years down the road, which resort or resorts do you think will be the best ones to have points at and why?

I think the same will hold true then as today...the resort you want to stay at most often, because of the booking window.

OKW for sure. It has the largest, most comfortable units, the lowest dues and the lowest point cost GVs.

While all that is true today, I think as people reach retirement, OKW will be the best place to invite grandkids and their families.

I think that any of the DVC resorts are a good "vacation investment" They are all top-notched and comfortable resorts and I think that they will continue to be so.

BWV due to the location and standard view options. SSR much later, say less after 2022, due to the extra time. You have to be carefull and look at actual selling prices, not listing prices. The higher one paid originally, the more they are likely to ask on resale. Early on this willa afect sales as well but not after 3-5 years.
