Cruise transfer from San Diego to Anaheim with electric wheelchair

Hi we are looking at cruising from Vancouver to San Diego and then getting from San Diego to Anaheim and we will have 1 person in an electric wheelchair. Any recommendations on transport options that allow him to stay in his chair?

So is this the DCL repositioning cruise in fall 2014 from Vancouver to San Diego? And then land transportation from San Diego to Anaheim? I did a quick Google search and found Lux Bus America and Tufesa both offer shuttles between SD and Anaheim. They appear to be full-sized charter-type buses (like ME from MCO to WDW) but I couldn't tell if they offer an accessible bus. Maybe you would have to request that, as it does appear you have to pre-purchase tickets. Also All Anaheim Tours appears to have service from Anaheim to San Diego so presumably there is service the opposite direction as well. I'm just not sure if you'll be able to get any of these directly from the port in San Diego or if you would need to arrange interim transport to a bus station or airport.

There also appear to be several limo services available, but that option would likely require a transfer out of his chair. Another option might be an accessible van rental if you are willing to drive.
