cruise photo usb export problem

We have 90 something photos. I click 'select all' and 'export'. It gives no error messages but when I chicek in the folder, there are only 12 pictures there that it has exported. Any suggestions? I will put a ticket into company but wanted to check here first. Thanks!

We had that happen on our WBPC cruise pics (over 400!). I happened to load them on the ship as we had internet still to burn. I went down to their little desk and they tried and could not fix it. They ended up burning me the regular CD files instead of the internet based ones.

I had the exact thing happen when I got home. I panicked but the customer service was great and walked me through how to fix it. I forget what the steps were but it was very simple to do. Don't worry they will come through!
