Cruise not showing in Costco Travel portal

I transferred my cruise to Costco back in May and received a confirmation from DCL it was transferred successfully. When I log in to the Costco Travel portal it says I have no upcoming trips. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Did you get a confirmation email from Costco? I always do when I transfer cruises.

I don’t think it shows up if it’s just a placeholder, only when you have a picked out a sail date and have that cruise booked

Thanks, I had to call Costco travel and they linked it to my account. It was not a placeholder just a regular booking. Apprantly I was supposed to call after I got my DCL confirmation but I didn’t realize. All good!
