I agree.
This is such a casual world anymore. Every other vacation we've taken is shorts and T-shirts. So many workplaces are casual. The cruise is one place where we could actually 'escape' from the everyday life, and now it will feel more like 'everyday life' at mealtime if people who 'hate to dress up' become the norm, rather than the exception.
) and people who like to dress up still get to dress up and utilize all the restaurants.
