Cruise Line Wedding secrets

Hi all,

I get married on the Disney Magic in August and I am super excited. I have obviously planned it so know most of what to expect but I was wondering if anyone had any hints/tips/secrets of what else happens/how you are treated as a Disney cruise line couple. I am especially wondering about when the wedding will occur as we don't know this yet.

There is a disney cruise wedding post I'll bump for you that has a lot of great information We are getting married October 2017 on the Dream so I don't have my experience but I do know that you won't get confirmation on the time/location of the wedding until 45 days out but you can email them a request of what you would like and they can take that into consideration.

We were married on Castaway Cay the Magic this past February and if you're looking for more specific answers here's what I can tell you about how you're treated: We had several surprises in our stateroom when we got there and throughout our cruise (I don't want to spoil the surprise in case someone else looks here, but PM me if you'd like to know specifcs!) And you are essentially treated like the most important people on Earth during your cruise! Congrats!

Thanks!! We are really excited and should find out this week what our wedding date is. We will be getting married on the ship as we are cruising the med so no castaway cay for us but I'm still really excited

Oh my goodness yes getting married on the boat will be lovely I'm sure!!! That's so exciting have a blast!
