We are going on the Magic March 17th for a 3 day cruise. Where can I find the itinerary for the ship, ie, fireworks night, pirate night?

Try this (written by someone else, not me):
Go to my reservation
then click on Explore Activities - The tool that allows you to add activities comes up
The click on any day but not the add activities area. A list of the days activities comes up and at the bottom is a "View Details" link. Click it.
The window changes to a kind of calendar view and there is a print on the right hand side.
The print pull down allows for printing the one day or the entire itinerary.
