cruise envelopes and TY note

Has anyone designed cute tip envelopes for the Disney cruises? (Like they have ones for mousekeeping?) I'd like to have something special to hand to our servers, room stewards, etc.

Along the same lines...any cute TY notes to include with the pillowcases we are going to ask to have signed?

I don't want to re-invent the wheel. I'm sure someone's done it! (I don't have time anyway! )

I have this tag I made using a graphic I found here on the Dis boards. I'm attaching this to a baggy of treats to give to CM's as thankyou's onboard our cruise. You are welcome to it.
