Cruise documentation and Castaway Club lanyards

We are cruising in 43 days. I was wondering when I was going to receive my documentation and the Castaway Club lanyard?

You get the lanyard at embarkation. Or at least you did a few years ago when we last sailed. Not sure about the documentation. Did you check your online DCL reservation?

Typically the "documents", that is, the little spiral notebook arrives in the 30-45 day window. If you used a TA, it's possible that it went there.

As noted, lanyards you get at check in at the port.

I have used a TA for 12 DCL cruises, the documents come direct ( two different TAs) and at 45 days pre cruise.

Your documents should be arriving soon. They usually come 4-6 weeks before you cruise. The lanyard you will receive when you check in at the port.

I have used a TA for 12 DCL cruises, the documents come direct ( two different TAs) and at 45 days pre cruise.

We used a TA last cruise and our booklet went to him first. I was annoyed as he held it for a few days. I am not using the same TA for my next trip.
