Cruise Books and Luggage Tags for July6th Copenhagen where are they?!

Hi has anyone received their luggage tags? This is our 11th cruise and I have never received them this late! I've called Disney twice and have been told they haven't been sent out yet. Today I'm calling to speak to a manager. I understand it's only luggage tags but.....if we get the port and I have to fill it out by hand and they are unable to just scan them..let's just say.....We'll be waiting a long time for the bags to arrive

Are you GTY, or booked late? A few TAs have documents go to them first, mine came direct.

I have been waiting, too. It seems like they are overlooking our cruise. I haven't seen any specialty merchandise released for our cruise, either.

Strange! I am on the July 13th out of Copenhagen and we got ours last week. Seems very odd. Hope they get it figured out!

No, I think not seeing our cruise listed means it is sold out. I have been watching the availability dwindle the past few weeks.

Also I think DCL needs to supply immigration information to Russia.

I think you get more information in your documents re St Petersburg hence a delay in documents.

Not a lot in ours.

You will have a fantastic trip, St Petersburg is fantastic, wish I was going again.

We have about 140 people on our 13th July cruise, many have posted photos of receipt of theirs.

thanks for the replies. I called again on Saturday and was told the documents were at the printers. I know this is the first time in 11 cruises that it has taken so long to receive them. If it's an issue with St Petersburg, why can't the phone reps at DCL relay that info....

I actually booked the cruise the day they released the summer 2016 bookings (gold member at the time). Again my concern is getting to Copenhagen and having to use "manual" luggage tags...See ya in a week bags

At the printers!!! I am leaving in 17 days, and my TA is the one who get the documents first and then she send it to me. Something it's wrong there.

I think your cruise must have a special run, due to added information re St Petersburg, as we on the 13th, have ours and they are quite generic.

You all will get them and have a brilliant cruise.
