If I already made reservations for CRT and chose to use dining plan to pay for it. Later I decided I don't want to use our dining plan for it. Can I call and just pay for the reservation I already have or pay when we check in? Or do I have to redo the whole reservation ?

If I'm not mistaken you can choose how you pay when it's time for you to check out of the restaurant.

Just pay when they bring the bill. No need to worry about it now. We do that all the time.

Yes, it is prepaid, UNLESS you have a dining plan, in which case you can allocate the credits. But, you can choose to pay out of pocket when they bring the bill. Similarly, if you prepaid, but add a dining plan later, they can refund the purchase and use the dining credits at the end if the meal.

If you called back, they would not even be able to take your payment now. I actually tried that once. No go. Just go with it and decide how to pay when you get there. And not to worry. If you don't show, I'm sure they'll charge you then!
