I am thinking of making a reservation for CRT for a 9:15 reservation. Has anyone ever eaten there that late? Can you hang out and watch the parade and fireworks? How is their dinner? Is it possible for two 7 and a 2 year olds able to wait til then?

You can't see the parade from here and you can only see some of the fireworks. You'd have to be seated at a table by the window to see any fireworks. The parade is on the front side of the castle and the restaurant is on the back side of the castle.

As for your children, you should know if they could stay up that late without naps. If you go back to your resort for a rest for several hours, they might survive.

You know your children best. How would they handle eating that late at home? Or even staying up that late? Personally, I wouldn't do it with children that young, even assuming they had had an afternoon nap, but YMMV.
