crt & vegetarian breakfast?

i just got crt for the character breakfast for my march 05 trip (2 minutes on hold!!!) and i forgot to ask for a vegeterian meal.
can anyone give me a heads up as to what is served for breakfast?

better yet, any vegetarians or vegans attend CRT?

I'm not vegan, but I am allergic to milk and egss, so I tend to look for vegan friendly eateries to handle my allergies. When we were there we spoke to the chef and explained the situation (which we had noted on our PS) and he suggested waffles with brown rice flour, soy milk, etc. This sounds like it would be ideal for you. I would just call back and have it noted on your PS that you have special dietary needs so you can speak to the chef. BTW, the waffles were yummy! HTH

We are a family of lacto/ovo vegetarians who have been to the Crt breakfast.
They were wonderful, a lot of the items such as the potatoes do have bacon in them. We had noted on the ressie that we were veg., and the chef came out to talk with us and made up special plates for our whole family.
It was a great meal and my kids loved being in the castle.

thanks for the advice....i forgot to put vegan/vegetarian on the ps...i'll call back & do that....did you have to talk to the chef while there for the waffles? my husband will be so embarrassed!! he hates when i order off menu!!!! but for that price, i'm gonna do it!!!
