Ugh, my family has put me in charge of the nearly impossible task of securing ADRs at Cinderella's Royal Table for an upcoming trip for a LARGE party. While I am certain I will not be able to even get the stupid reservation, I have a few questions...

1. What is the largest table size you can book? 6 people? 8? 10?

2. Does the reservation require prepayment?

3. If prepaid, can you get a refund of some of the diners choose not to go? Let's say you booked a table for 8 and prepay for 8 but only 6 want to go (and you are still outside the 24 hour cancelation window)?

I know there is a phone can call to book large parties in all WDW restaurants but I don’t know it. Hopefully someone will known & post it for you. I have seen parties of 8 I believe. Don’t know if they had to book separately & asked to be seated together at check in. Sorry I can’t help more with this question. You might enlist someone else to work with you & split into 2 ADRs. Then ask to be seated close together when you check in. You might not get 1 big table, but might be easier to book. You do have to list each guests name when you book. So if you do this, figure out who is on which adr ahead of time.

It does require prepayment, so have a good limit on your CC when you call, lol. And I have booked for 4 but my DS & DDIL decided not to join us. We told them at check in it would only be 2, so our table was then only set for 2. We told the server we were originally 4 & now only 2. She refunded the 2 extras we paid for & applied out AP discount at the same time at the end of the meal.

The largest you can book online is usually 8. You can either try to have two people make reservations at the same time, or call Disney as soon as the phones open on the first day you can book. They will ask for your credit card on the phone to book it.

I would split into tables for 4.

It gets so loud in there that you'd never be able to talk to people at a larger table and hear anything said. That would be especially a problem if any elders in the group.

They will indeed ask for payment in full including tax and tip.

There's really no hope for our group of 17...but I will give it the ol' college try.

At a group of that size you are going to be at many tables anyway. Book under multiple peoples names either tables of 4 or 6 to get your number.

That is the plan. But doubtful I will get what we need.
