Hey guys!! I just got off the phone with a lovely CM to book my September trip! I am booked Sept. 4-11th at the WL! I'm so excited! While on the phone, she asked if I wanted to make any dining ressies (which they always ask) and i asked about CRT casually because I know i want to do a princess meal this time around. Without thinking I booked it for breakfast, but now i'm wondering if i should switch it to dinner?

Which, in your opinion is better? Breakfast or Dinner?

If I booked dinner, i'd want it to coincide with Wishes, so what time would I need to make the ressie for? thanks in advance!

Breakfast at CRT is considered a character meal. You have your photo taken with Cinderella downstairs and upstairs, other princesses, depending on who is on the schedule, will circulate and visit with each table, signing autographs and posing for pictures. When we attended, we saw Snow White, Belle (in her blue dress/white apron), Jasmin, and Fairy Godmother.

Dinner is not considered a character meal. I believe you still have your photo taken downstairs, and I vaguely remember reading something about the Fairy Godmother and two of the mice being present upstairs, but I don't know if they circulate or just do special occassion visits or what.

These would be considerations for deciding whether you would prefer breakfast or dinner.

If you wanted to coordinate with Wishes, look at the MK calender for the date that you would have a ressie and actually click on the date to see the times for the parades and Wishes. This would be on the official WDW site. Keep in mind that the restaurant faces toward the back of the castle toward Fantasyland and that seating by the windows are limited. I don't really know if I would choose to try to see Wishes from the castle, but maybe someone with first hand knowledge can offer more insight there.

We ate there for lunch and we had a wonderful time. Here's my review:
