I'm so glad I saw this thread - my card was charged on my last statement, and we don't go till December. I'm calling right now to fix it...
Update: Well, it's not fixed yet. They have in their system that a refund was requested (apparently the original CM realized her mistake), but my credit card statement shows no refund. The final date of my statement was 10 days later, so there was plenty of time-
Anyway, this CM suggested waiting one more billing cycle, to see if the refund shows up on the next statement, and if it doesn't, to call back, and they'll credit my card then.
Sigh!
