I have 9 TS scheduled for our 7 night stay when you count 2 credits for TS. It would be cheaper to pay for CRT OOP correct? It's $150 for us for dinner there

Most likely, but I would double check the prices of your other meals.

If you are doing any TS breakfasts, it is possible that paying for 2 of them OOP may be cheaper than paying for CRT OOP. When doing the calculations, be sure to remember that your CRT already has gratuity included.
