CRT for my B-day?

Will be making ADR's next week. On the trip will be me and my DD8. I will have my 31st b-day while there and am trying to decide on a restaurant. We aren't doing the DDP because we just won't eat that many table service meals. Since it's just the two of us, I want something special but also kid-friendly. (She is very well-behaved, though).

We had breakfast at CRT last visit, just wondering on people's thoughts on dinner here. I know it's $$$, but not really that much more than if we ordered appy, entree, and dessert at many other places.

Any other suggestions?

We were there in March and dinner was delicious!!! The salmon was phenomenol (sp). I would definetly recommend. Plus you get a complementary pic with cindy in the throne room before going up to dinner. and the mice come around and take pictures with everyone, and then the fairy godmother has a show. My recommendation, if you are night people is to ask to have a reservation so that you will be there during the fireworks. They are beautiful. they dim the lights and pipe in the music during them. It will definetly be something you won't forget for a while.
