CRT exempt from 90+10 ADR???

I called Disney Dining on Thursday to confirm that I could make ADR beginning on the first check in day of my 90 days and then up to 10 days from the 90 day mark. I was told that I could make all of my reservations including CRT within the 90 +10 rule.

This morning, I was able to make everything except for CRT breakfast or lunch. CM said that CRT is exempt from 90+10 and that you must call day by day at the exact 90 day mark. Is this a new rule? She would not check for me, either.

I can't seem to get clarification, especially since DH spoke to a CM a few minutes after me and they told him that CRT breakfast and lunch for all of the dates we are there are booked. Huh? We are going the week AFTER Thanksgiving and if CRT is exempt from the 90+10, then CRT beyond 11/26 should not yet be booked.

This is confusing and certainly very frustrating. I am calling again in a little while. The lack of training of the CMs answering dining calls is just ridiculous. This new policy has been out a month and everyone needs to be on the same page!!! Because someone didn't get the "memo" my family has to miss out? Grrr!

CRT is not exempt but they only release a very few for those booking beyond 90 days.

They release a lot more at the actual 90 mark.

I called this morning and got right through with no wait and couldn't book CRT for Nov 27 or Dec 1; she said the few they release were already gone. I was so bummed cause I got through right away.

Hopefully I'll have as good a luck getting through at the actual 90 day mark.

I had the same experience. However, I did get through right away on the actual 90 day mark and had no trouble getting CRT breakfast. Just call again at 90 day mark for the morning that you want and there will "magically" be more ADR's available. Good luck!
