CRT Dinner ?

OK. I know about the 2 credit change. I called to make a ressie the other day and was told that Cinderella is at the Castle for pictures before the dinner, she never goes up into the dinner to "mingle", but the other princesses are there to "greet" during dinner. Now tonight...I'm told Cinderella is ther for the pictures prior to dinner but not to "meet and greet"....is that a nice way of telling me that she'll have her picture taken with the kids but they have to move right along? I was also told that no other princesses are at the meal.

Please, someone that's been there recently, tell me WHAT GOES ON AT the CRT DINNER?

When we went last March for dinner, Cindy came up for a VERY brief moment into the dining area (I was told by others on this board that she usually doesn't even do that) but I don't think she went to all the tables and we never saw any other characters.

As far as I know, it's not considered a "character meal" so they don't have the characters there

We ate at CRT for dinner 2 years ago. At that time, there was not a guaranteed visit, even in the lobby, from Cinderella. We were told she was often found there, but not to expect it. We were THRILLED to turn the corner and see dd's favorite princess standing there. Since we were the last family she was taking pics with, she rode in the elevator with us upstairs. I wish I could have videotaped my dd during that ride

Anyway, from what I have read on these boards, things have changed a bit now. It seems like Cinderella is supposed to be in the lobby for pictures (not sure of that). This is NOT a character meal, so don't expect to see other princesses. I *think* the fairy godmother is the hostess, and is in the dining area, although I don't think she goes table to table.

Yes, it changed Feb 1, 2006.

Breakfast and lunch has princesses with Cinderella downstairs for photos (free photo package).

Dinner is NOT a character meal. Cinderella is still downstairs for photos (free photo package). The fairy Godmother and Suzy and Perla do a very brief 'show' if you even want to call it that and then leave. No photo opps with them.
